ALOOOOOHAAAA again! Hope you all enjoyed my post sharing mine and Kurtis's first day in Hawaii with you! Just a recap, we went to Oahu and stayed on the North Shore.
Like I said in the last post, Kurtis and I like to just explore and live like locals as much as we can when we travel, so we kind of just had an easy-going vacation exploring around, taking photos, eating LOTS OF YUMMY FOOD, and just having a good time!
Our second day in Hawaii, we drove to Laie on the North Shore, but on the way we stopped and took some photos at Lanaikea Beach. For lunch, we went to the Hukilau Cafe in Laie and it was so yummy and cheap! After that, we drove to the LDS Temple in Laie to visit and went into the Visitor's Center. We walked around for a little, and then went to the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie. It is such a cool place to visit and get to see and learn more about different Polynesian cultures!
We then drove to Laie Point and just looked at the beautiful area and took more photos. If I could remember EVERYWHERE we ate at, I would tell you all of them, but I can't remember for the life of me some of the places we ate at! The ones I do remember, I'll be sure to tell you! This particular day I don't remember what we had for dinner, but I remember it was good!
I also started to get sick this day and was sick for pretty much the rest of the trip, but I didn't let it get in the way of enjoying my time!
